How secure is my personal information?
Mayla Boutique adheres to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our online store.
Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.
We accept PayPal and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, Interac, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, it will have been processed, and you won’t be able to cancel. You can, however, return your items for store credit.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! All international orders are sold at US Currency. The cost of shipping includes transportation and insurance. It does NOT include customs, VAT or duty which is the responsibility of the recipient, all of which will be charged locally upon arrival of goods. Mayla Boutique is unable to estimate customs, VAT or duty fees.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We choose Canada Post, UPS, DHL and other shipping carriers worldwide. We will select the best carrier for specific countries to make sure your package arrives in time.
How long does it take to process my order?
Once payment has been made, 99% of all orders leave our fulfillment center within 2-3 days.
How long does shipping take?
The shipping time can be anywhere from 7-8 business days if you’ve chosen their standard shipping for your product, it takes 2-4 business days for express shipping. The shipping time is separate from the 3 days till will take to process your order from the time you’ve placed it on the website. International shipping time could take from 2 - 3 weeks.
How do I track my order?
We will send you the tracking number after your purchase within 1-3 business days. Please visit the link below to track your order.
Are all my items shipped together?
It depends on the products you ordered. Most of the orders got shipped together. If your items are going to be shipped separately, you will receive separate shipping confirmations for each package that is sent. Only one shipping fee will be charged and as items become available for shipment they will be delivered with the shipping method selected.
What is your return policy?
If you're not satisfied with your product or clothing design, we can accommodate you to return it and get back your money. You can get your full money back through our refund policy only if you're able to return the product within 14 days of receiving the product/s. After getting the parcel, we can return your money within 14 days following the complete procedure.
As we take extra precautions in handling these events, it sometimes takes 10-14 additional days for us to reach you with your full refunded payment. We appreciate your patience and empathy thoroughly.

What do I do if I receive a defective product?
If you've got a wrong or defective package or clothing item that is not your size according to the requirements you added while purchasing, Mayla Boutique can accommodate an exchange for you. Mayla Boutique only in special circumstances and after reviewing the case will be responsible for returning the product's shipping fees.
