In order for your package to be delivered properly and within the timeframe we advertise, please ensure your address is entered correctly and that you include all relevant and/or required information. Making sure street names, building numbers, and apartment numbers are spelled correctly is crucial to ensure timely delivery. If the address information on the order is incorrect or incorrectly entered, we are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.


We are pleased to offer to ship to every province and territory in Canada. Post office boxes and Canadian addresses are acceptable.


You can order merchandise from if you reside in Canada and United States.


If you purchase merchandise through, you are responsible for all shipping costs. The shipping fee is nonrefundable.


Purchased merchandise should only be used in the country from which it was ordered. You must adhere to both the export and import laws of the order country if you decide to send merchandise to another country. Mayla accepts no responsibility for such actions.


Processing Time

All products will be shipped from our warehouse in 2 - 3 days. Our fulfillment center picks up each order from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Processing time for each order is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination. Standard domestic and international orders, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, may take up to 4 business days to process (based on several factors).


Despite the fact that your payment has been authorized and verified, it may still take up to four business days for Standard orders, three business days for Expedited orders, and one business day for Rush orders to process. Weekends and holidays are not included in this estimate.


Shipping fees

Shipping will be the customer's responsibility. There are no refunds for shipping fees. Refusing any shipments from will result in you being charged the original shipping cost plus the cost of returning the package. You can enjoy our flat rate shipping fee of $9.99 in Canada and $14.99 in the United States. Your credit card will be billed for the amount charged. Keep in mind that orders over $100 before taxes (if applicable) will get a 50% discount on shipping and orders over $150 before taxes will get free shipping. We also offer free delivery for the cities of St. Albert, Sherwood Park, and Edmonton including Leduc and Beaumont.


Delivery policy

Within 30 days of the delivery date, you may request a store credit or reshipment if your package has been lost or damaged. If a package is reported as "Delivered" by the carrier, Mayla Boutique is not responsible and will review each case on an individual basis.


Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We need additional time to process orders shipped to PO boxes.


For orders shipped to P.O. box addresses, rural addresses, or remote locations, Standard Shipping is the only method that can reach your destination. Shipping to these addresses may take additional time.


Shipping to Multiple Addresses

Each order can only be shipped to one address. You will need to place separate orders for each address if your order includes items that need to be shipped to multiple locations

Taxes & Duties

Taxes are not included in the prices displayed on the website. The order summary page will display the total price of your order, including sales tax (if applicable) and shipping costs.

Delivery claims

If your package wasn't delivered or you were notified it was delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, you must notify us within 10 days. You can work with the carrier to complete the claims process with our assistance. It may take up to 30 days for claims to be processed (depending on the shipping company used).


Out of stock items

If the item(s) that are out of stock are part of your order and there is more than one: we will ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) that are out of stock.

International Shipping Information

  • At checkout, the various options for shipping international packages are presented. All international packages are shipped via the applicable carriers. Rates are determined by destination and package weight.
  • It can take up to 2 - 3 weeks from the time an international package ship to the time it is delivered, depending on the final destination.
  • International orders are subject to duties/customs fees at the time of checkout. At checkout, we collect these fees and remit them to the appropriate country/government.
  • You will then be able to select the items you want to return and get a refund for them.
  • When a package is returned to us after it has been refused at delivery, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
